We do not guarantee you will profit from Freedomclicks.com. Any problems caused by our users, host, service providers, payment processors, ISP, or any third parties are not our fault.
3. You are allowed to have one account per IP address, computer or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4. You must read and write English. You not only click our ads, but also need to read our ads carefully, there maybe some cheat ad links waiting for the ones who do not read carefully, and your balance will be reset to ZERO once you click our cheat ads link, this is only to prevent cheater, and to protect the honest members. And ensure our advertisers' ads to be read carefully.
5. It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind including legit auto-click software is prohibited. If we catch you using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
   No PROXY ABUSE for this site, if we catch you using PROXY for multi-accounts, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system, all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
6. You can only earn from your direct referrals and rented referrals. You need to log in and click at least one ad each day in order to receive referral earnings. Members will also be notified if they don't receive referral earnings on their "My Account" page.
7. Payment to Freedomclicks.com:
   All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination. And you will be definitely reported to http://www.ic3.gov----The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance(BJA).
8. Payment to Members:
   A) Liberty Reserve cashout minimum $0.4.
   B) Alertpay cashout minimum $1.02, and there is 2% fee for cashout. You will be suspended if you try to cashout via Alertpay under $1.02, because Alertpay can not send money under 1 dollar. You should check if your country can receive money from Alertpay.
   C) Each member can only have one unique and valid Liberty Reserve and Alertpay account, and your freedomclicks.com account registered first name and last name, email etc information should be same in conformity with your Liberty Reserve and Alertpay account, or your account will be suspended when you request cashout.

10. All members should upload your image(snapshot) payment proof from your account to our site and post your payment proof on our forum(http://www.freedomclicks.com/forum) in order to get your next payment.
    You need log in to your account at least once within 6 months, otherwise, your account will be deleted by system automatically.
    All freedomclicks members must be aged 18 years or older.
11. Errors: We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system. We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of freedomclicks.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
12. We have a ZERO tolerance policy towards system abuse of any kind including (but not limited to) publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services. Any member found to be sending unsolicited messages (spam) by any means, including (but not limited to) email messages, forum posts and text messages will have their account suspended or deleted. Spamming the forums and chat with nonsense posts/messages or illegal content is also prohibited. Furthermore, any member that sends threatening, offensive, spam or otherwise abusive emails to our staff will have their account suspended or deleted.
13. Memberships: Standard Membership is for free and can only cashout $4 at most.
    Bronze, Gold, Diamond Membership are upgraded membership, upgraded members can earn up to 130% of their investment.
14. You are not an employee of Freedomclicks.com and you are not an independent contractor for Freedomclicks.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Freedomclicks.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time. By joining Freedomclicks.com you assume full responsibility for any taxable income earned. If your country's law requires it, you agree to declare your income to the relevant governmental authorities.
15. All members and advertisers agree to use this service at their own risk. Freedomclicks.com, its administrators and its partners cannot be held liable for any expenses, damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of freedomclicks.com services. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold freedomclicks.com and its sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this agreement or any third-party's rights, including (but not limited to) infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
16. Liability: Freedomclicks.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Freedomclicks.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions, or update these Terms of Service or terminate services at any time and without notice. Freedomclicks.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FREEDOMCLICKS.COM AND BY CLICKING ON THE REGISTRATION BUTTON (IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL) OR YOUR COMPANY (IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY) (THE "MEMBER") AGREE(S) TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE. BY ACCEPTING THIS TERMS OF SERVICE YOU ARE HEREBY BOUND TO THE RULES AND GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING ITS TERMS.
